About
Storm ID developed the Lenus Health Platform to securely combine patient-generated healthcare data from devices, sensors and wearables with healthcare data in clinical systems. Combining data allows AI and machine learning to be applied, generating new insights that allow for modernisation of care pathways.
Through EHR integration and clinical dashboards, connected data is used to help develop and train algorithms. The algorithms interpret the data, prioritise risk and offer decision support to care teams, resulting in increased patient engagement, improved outcomes and reduced costs to healthcare organisations.
Lenus can underpin virtual care services across long term condition pathways from Digital Diagnostics, Virtual Wards, Remote Patient Monitoring and Patient Initiated Follow-Up. The Lenus COPD, Lenus Heart Failure and Lenus Virtual Appointments services are in use in the NHS, supporting transition of care from acute settings to community, by re-imagining and co-designing the end-to-end clinical pathway with healthcare professionals and patients.
Lenus is an open platform and has been architected for privacy to empower patients to control their data and authorise who and what they share their data with. It enforces standards and criteria such as HL7 FHIR, DTAC, DCB0129 and DCB0160 and is certified under EU Medical Device Regulations (MDR).
