Ortus-iHealth is an integrated Virtual Ward and Remote Monitoring Portal for patients and clinical teams, managing and monitoring treatment progress, monitoring risk, sharing information and allowing action to be taken quickly and efficiently.

Clinical teams can manage and view patient data (including symptoms, observations, questionnaire responses) in Virtual Wards and on Dashboards, with measures, colour-coded against population and individual thresholds and guideline norms. Appropriate actions can be taken by the clinical team quickly and effectively.

Patients access Ortus-iHealth through an app or browser, managing their correspondence, appointments, viewing prescribed content or medication, and completing their questionnaires and PROMs and PREMs all in a single integrated portal. Ortus includes multimedia consultation support, with video consultations and asynchronous reviews managed and delivered in one secure application.

As a Software as a Service platform, Ortus-iHealth supports condition-specific dashboards, pathway-automation and telehealth tools, we connect across NHS Spine, PAS and EHRs to share data. Ortus supports risk management of elective care and patients lists and delivers clinical efficiencies and outstanding patient engagement with high levels of satisfaction.
