The Neuro ProActive platform brings together patients, family members and clinicians to provide improved levels of patient care, coordination between multi-disciplinary therapies and remote patient monitoring. The Platform was developed over five years in conjunction with hundreds of patients and clinical team members to produce an intuitive and valuable means of meeting NICE guidance. Almost 20% of all NHS Trusts have been or are in the process of being on boarded to the Platform. 12.5 million people (1 in 6) of the UK population have diagnosed neurological conditions and this is representative of many developed and developing countries. Through DIT we have had contact with Brazil, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, The Philippines, Taiwan, India, Singapore and Ireland. These discussions are at various stages. It is clear that the health and social care sectors in many of these countries are experiencing the same challenges we face in the UK. Developed to medical device standards, Neuro ProActive has the ability to connect to hospital systems and electronic patient records. The Platform supports Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Clinical Psychologists and Arts Therapists as well as patients and their family members. Through encrypted end to end cloud storage, messaging and video calling, Neuro ProActive possesses a suite of functionality which is comprehensive. With gold standard information governance and a highly affordable cost structure, we are experiencing rapid adoption.
