MediShout’s co-founders were hospital doctors who grew frustrated at non-clinical problems delaying them and preventing best patient care. For example, Ash Kalraiya was a surgeon who has cancelled operations due to broken theatre lightbulbs, faulty printers and missing equipment. Everyday, healthcare staff get delayed by similar issues which impacts their morale and patient care.

MediShout solves such problems. Our technology transforms hospitals into digitally-smart environments where staff, suppliers and operational teams can communicate and coordinate through a single integrated platform. Our ‘one-stop’ App lets staff report any operational issue which gets triaged to the right team, who can respond in real-time to resolve the matter.

Our platform is being used by renowned healthcare organisations such as Imperial College Healthcare Trust and Addenbrookes, Cambridge. Some hospitals have over 8,000 users of MediShout, and it’s been shown we can save 15 minutes per staff member daily and give 97% of staff more time with patients.

We are a venture-capital backed company, also supported by the NHS Innovation Accelerator and Microsoft for Start-Ups Accelerator. We are growing rapidly by working with some of the world’s largest medical equipment manufacturers and facilities management companies, who are scaling our technology internationally.
