Across our existing UK sites, we have over 560,000 active patient users and an average registration rate of 67%. Our platform is reducing the need for paper & postage which is estimated at around £1.20 per letter issued in the UK. On average 83% of patients registering on Induction Zesty choose to go paperless. On average, NHS Trusts report 30-50% DNA reductions for registered patients. With total UK DNA rates running at 15% we estimate implementing Induction Zesty reduces this to 10%. Induction Attend Anywhere is used by over 70% of NHS England Acute hospitals and has delivered over 2.5 million consultations in the last 12 months.
Successes in UK/NHS
In 2019, Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust introduced its MyCARE Patient Portal (their version of Induction Zesty) as an integrated portal designed for future end-to-end healthcare management. The portal enables patients to manage their appointments, view appointment letters and clinical correspondence in a fully automated process, with updates written directly into the Cerner Millennium EMR. Results to date show high patient engagement and the opportunity to drive long-term efficiencies via patient-led booking and digital questionnaires: • 110,000 patients registered since launch • 70% average adoption rate • Over 50% Did Not Attend status reduction • 78% patients opted to go paperless in 2021 85% of patients using Induction Zesty at Milton Keynes said they prefer having online control over their appointments. “Patients have embraced the portal since day one with very little onboarding or promotion from us.
