Successes in UK/NHS

Since September 2016, ImproveWell has become the leading engagement solution for improvement in the NHS. The tool has supported 45+ NHS organisations including mental health trusts, teaching hospitals, acute trusts, clinical commissioning groups, primary care organisations and public health agencies. As a proven and trusted technology, ImproveWell was chosen to support COVID-19 surge hospitals in England and Wales as part of the national response to the pandemic. Excitingly, ImproveWell is supporting local, national and international initiatives. East London NHS Foundation Trust’s local programme inspired the Royal College of Psychiatrists to launch a national programme in 2021 with 40+ teams across 20 NHS organisations collaborating together using ImproveWell. Building on this, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in the US launched a global collaborative involving 18 teams from 15 organisations across the NHS, UK, Canada and Kenya. Designed and pioneered by healthcare, the tool is now being rolled out in the emergency services and animal health sectors.
