CareLineLive is an all-in-one cloud-based software platform, with the aim of digitising all processes across a home care agency’s entire business. Our passion for helping home care agencies to deliver outstanding care by using our software is immeasurable. CareLineLive provides an innovative, easy to use, cloud-based home care management system to digitise processes such as rostering and care planning, eliminating the need for paper-based administration and giving carers more time to care. CareLineLive’s software can be accessed anywhere and anytime, from any internet-enabled device.
The vision for CareLineLive is to continually innovate and deliver software that fully completes the circle of care, between carers, home care agencies, families, other key stakeholders and those receiving care.
CareLineLive has won many awards recognising it’s innovation in health care management software, including recently being included in Business Cloud’s UK’s HealthTech 50.

Successes in UK/NHS
Up to February 2018, CareLineLive was in a pilot phase. The current product was launched then and over c.4.5 years, CareLineLive has grown from one pilot customer to over 275 customers that are managing over 8,000 carers. Our revenues have grown from zero to over a £1m of annualised recurring revenues. Our team has grown from 2 to 20 people. Although we’re still a loss-making business, we are forecasting to get to a profitable status over the next two years. We’ve been supported by a fantastic number of private equity investors, both individuals as well as funds and we’ve raised appx £3m of equity capital so far. We’re currently targeting to raise an additional £3m which we expect to take us to profitability by doubling our customer numbers and revenue within 18 to 24 months. An example of one of CareLineLive’s partnerships helping the NHS is our partnership with Mid and South Essex Trust who we partnered with during the Covid-19 pandemic to improve efficiency, capacity and ultimately client care. Since working with CareLineLive, the Trust has been able to support ten times as many patients as it could previously, as it has helped the Trust’s Bridging Service to become more efficient and enable patients to get out of hospital more quickly and has resulted in less patients being readmitted to hospital. The success of CareLineLive’s implementation within the Trust has been evident through a number of measurements: From a cost benefit analysis, CareLineLive has saved mileage cost, printing costs and the need to grow their office administration From a people perspective, it has saved time and increased people’s capacity and thus enabled rapid growth of the service As an onward benefit, the number of bed days saved has increased by more than 198% within the 2 year period since using CareLineLive.Company details
