Soar Beyond was established in 2007 and is a service provider to the NHS, local authorities, and pharmaceutical industry across the UK and expanding into international markets; we have been successfully innovating service redesign, medicines pathway, and workforce transformation services and methodologies ever since. Our leadership team comprises a combination of former NHS medicines management, commissioning, clinical pharmacist, pharmaceutical industry, and management consulting expertise.
We are passionate about positive change & workforce transformation within Healthcare settings and have proven success at national level. Through our service offerings, which include digital solutions, we are able to formulate and accelerate pathway implementation within Primary Care, enabling MDT workforce competence and capability to be efficiently utilised.
Our digital workforce capability and competence platform, the SMART platform has been selected for it’s potential impact on health and social care as part of the prestigious 2022 DigitalHealth.London accelerator programme, we have since continuously implemented the platform across many organisations across the UK and enabled improved care to be offered to patients, whilst offering organisations support and enabling them to utilise their entire workforce to support their community.

Successes in UK/NHS
Within the UK market we have provided the SMART platform to the all GP Practices within Northern Ireland to help upskill and effectively manage their workforce. In addition multiple trusts have utilised the platform with our services to upskill their Pharmacist workforce at Trust level, such as Nottingham and North Bristol. Further to the above, we are in the initial phase of a national contract which will see our platform rolled out to potentially 50% of the PCNs across England to support in implementing new pathways and training the appropriate workforce.Company details
