Data management advisory services – optimising data management, governance and security to help clients make the best use of their data.
OPTICA – reducing delayed hospital discharges through digital discharge optimisation. Used in 15 hospitals in England.
RAIDR – improving population health management through real-time digital health intelligence. Used by nearly 1000 GP practices, hospitals, and healthcare commissioners in England.
UEC app – improving ambulance offloading through near real-time status updates on ambulance, Emergency Room and ward activity at hospitals. Used by 3,000+ users in the North of England.
Capacity Tracker – improving discharge times, patient care and staff utilisation by matching vacant aged care bed capacity with patients. Commissioned by NHS England for mandatory use across England, with 35,000+ users. Capacity Tracker is also used by selected networks in Australia.

NECS has doubled in size since 2013 and had a turnover of £106m in 21/22, employing 1600 staff. NECS has over 550 customers and serves over 10,000 NHS and social care organisations across England.

Our digital solutions are routinely used by over 10,000 health and social care organisations and our DSCRO and data management services cover >40% of England.
