We have a unique team of in-house engineers, academics, clinicians, graphic designers, medical illustrators and product specialists all focussed on our mission to help solve the workforce crisis.
We are attempting to solve the workforce crisis through:

We have over 23,000 healthcare professionals on our platform. We have delivered transitional support training to over 5000 new doctors. Our global footprint spans the UK, US, Australia, The Netherlands, Norway, Ethiopia & Sri Lanka.
Successes in UK/NHS
We have supported over 500 NHS leaders to develop the skills and knowledge they need to lead as the next generation of NHS leaders. We have delivered transitional support training to over 5000 new doctors throughout the pandemic and continue this work across the NHS. We are commissioned for this work across Health Education England North East and Yorkshire & Humber. We have co-developed the 'Nucleus' Genomics training programme with Guy's & St. Thomas' NHS Trust and it has been outlined as part of the UK Government's Genomics Strategy. We are co-developing Cancer Training for Oncology Registrars with The Royal Marsden NHS Trust. We have supported Bart NHS Trust with Patient Information delivery. We are co-developing End of Life Care Training for clinicians across the Health Education England - North East Region.
