Doctify is a review collection platform. We make it easy for healthcare providers to consistently collect, analyse and transparently publish greater volumes of meaningful, up-to-date patient feedback. With Doctify, providers can access real-time feedback and benchmarking data to measure themselves against their peers, colleagues and competitors to drive the right improvements to their patients’ experiences.
Key Facts
Founded in 2015 by NHS surgeons Stephanie Eltz and Suman Saha. Doctify is currently available in the UK, Austria, Germany, Australia and the UAE, with plans to enter new international markets by the end of the year. By 2025, we want Doctify to have helped 100 million patients to take control of their health and access the best specialists for their needs. Since launching in 2015, Doctify’s technology has helped over 50 million patients make informed decisions about their healthcare, enabling us to become a household name for patients searching for care. 93% of private hospitals and 80% of NHS PPUs in Greater London are subscribed to Doctify, as well as a third of individual specialists nationwide. To date, the Doctify platform lists almost 25,000 healthcare providers.
Successes in UK/NHS
In 2021 we delivered our two most prominent contracts to date. We built bespoke consultant finders for HCA Healthcare UK and Vitality Health, which enable patients to search for medical consultants by speciality, rating or location. Doctify is the only third party to have ever built and maintained a health insurer and healthcare provider's consultant finder. The industry has recognised Doctify's mission and review technology. We have been awarded numerous prestigious awards. This year, we have been shortlisted for IT Innovator of the Year and Technology Provider of the Year in the HealthInvestor Awards and the HealthTech Business of the Year in the Business Leader Go:Tech Awards. We also won the Leading Healthcare Awards in the Patient Improvement and Innovation category. In 2021, we were awarded the Silver Award in the SME National Business Awards and our co-founder and CEO, Stephanie Eltz, was named one of the fifty most inspirational women in technology in the UK as part of the Inspiring Fifty Awards. Our co-founder and Medical Director, Suman Saha, has also placed in Britain's leading Asian Tech Pioneers, a list celebrating diversity in digital, focusing on those using innovation to better business and society.
