Their flagship product Maya, is a conversational AI front-desk agent that automates patient query resolution, registration, appointment booking, and payment collection- all while being deployed across various voice and text channels. Unlike solutions that require lengthy technical integration, Maya operates the hospital’s existing systems and can be deployed in minutes with no workflow redesign and minimal staff training, meaning hospitals see faster time-to-value.
Asika has won a competitive UK government grant and is currently incubated at the prestigious Sci-Tech Daresbury Park, with the support of UKRI and the Liverpool City Region.
